Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations.

  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to communicate company goals and expectations, and to provide feedback and coaching to store staff.
  • Identify and develop training and development opportunities for store staff to enhance their performance and career advancement.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions and terminations.
  • Manage store payroll and total loss budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees, customers, and vendors by identifying and rectifying hazards, and maintaining store equipment in proper working order.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures, and to make sound business decisions.
  • Ability to travel within the divisional requirements, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
