POSITION OVERVIEW

The Administrative Aide will play a crucial role within the health screening services department. This position entails various administrative responsibilities in the field, including data entry for patient documentation and adherence to established paper workflows. Furthermore, this role will involve scheduling client appointments while taking into account time constraints and travel considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage incoming calls by answering, transferring, and screening appropriately.

- Assist in coordinating services, providers, and personnel to ensure efficient and timely patient care.

- Schedule client appointments utilizing Outlook and other calendar management tools.

- Provide administrative assistance to the health screening services team, focusing on paper workflows and data entry tasks.

- Communicate patient screening results to employers and employees while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data verification and management.

- May require travel to client locations for conducting health screening evaluations.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.

- Strong critical thinking abilities.

- Proficient in computer usage and technology.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.

- Skilled in typing and data entry.

- Proficient in Dropbox and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Basic understanding of scheduling and calendar management.

- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION: $17-19 Hourly Wage
