Job Summary

The Enterprise Business Application Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and maintaining CVCH's Enterprise business applications using industry best practices for IT Service Management. This position requires a subject matter expert who can provide technical and functional support to clinical and administration staff/users.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain CVCH's Enterprise business applications
Provide technical and functional support to clinical and administration staff/users
Develop and maintain knowledge base content for the IT Service Desk and Operations staff
Create and maintain training materials and user guides
Manage relationships with technology suppliers and integration partners

Requirements

Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred
ITIL 4.0 Foundations certification preferred
