Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage retail, patient feeding, catering, and purchasing operations
  • Maintain chef/manager schedules and cover shifts as needed
  • Monitor, audit, implement, and standardize new menus to meet customer preferences and dietary needs
  • Work with vendors to procure high-quality ingredients and manage purchasing budgets
  • Improve and standardize catering and banquet services, creating customized menus for clients
  • Implement innovative ideas to enhance retail, catering, and patient services
  • Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong culinary background with experience in high-volume food operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to maintain high standards and implement company policies
  • Strong management skills and previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume facility
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory, and labor management concepts
  • Ability to successfully lead, develop, and train a team
  • Servsafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP and health and safety audits
