About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier Coordinator to join our team at HomeSense. As a Key Carrier Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall success of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Act as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards.
    • Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that merchandise is displayed effectively.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • 1 year of retail experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a leadership or management role.
    • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and personalized experience.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Store Operations and Maintenance
    • Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and customers.
    • Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
