Business Development Director

About the Role:
The Prosper Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive new business growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a sustainable new business pipeline, focusing on the direct sale of owned media production, promotion, and monetization services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive new revenue streams and expand existing relationships.
- Manage inbound leads for the purchase of network ad inventory and execute targeted outbound sales activities to drive sales growth.
- Manage inbound lead qualification and execute targeted outbound sales activities to develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities for The Liberty Partnership / Liberty Spenders program.
- Develop and grow partner referral relationships to drive new business opportunities.
- Execute post-sale functions, including setting and managing client expectations, upsells and referral opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Commit to continued professional development in professional sales, as well as the agency's core services (digital advertising, marketing, and podcasting).
- Demonstrate the ability to accurately forecast revenue and tell the story of your work through specified metrics by consistently leveraging the company's CRM to log activities and achieve both efficiency and transparency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
