Job Summary

Arc Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Inventory Control Associate to join its End-to-End Supply Chain team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Package and arrange shipment of outgoing products, including finished goods, CFE, CFM, and RMA materials.
  • Process incoming purchase orders, including packing slips, to ensure accuracy of product and quantity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
  • Identify and process material certifications, including certifications to raw materials and special processes.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient dispositioning of incoming materials, including cycle counting and updating of inventory values.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve irregularities and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to achieve and maintain positional balance.
  • Solid understanding of working in an environment that utilizes a manufacturing ERP system.
  • Ability to work with material handling systems and knowledge of efficient and effective warehousing practices.
  • Detail-oriented and organizationally proficient to perform in a multi-role position.
