Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Neuroscience Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to our Neuroscience department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient schedules, physician on-call schedules, and staff-work/on-call shifts. They will also be responsible for payroll, pushing and reconciling charges, marketing services, generating reports from our electronic medical record (EMR) system, and maintaining patient logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient schedules and physician on-call schedules
  • Manage staff-work/on-call shifts and payroll
  • Push and reconcile charges
  • Provide marketing services
  • Generate reports from EMR system
  • Maintain patient logs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (required)
  • 3-5 years of office management experience in a hospital setting (preferred)
