This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of trust administration. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, educate, and mentor trust officers, trust administrators, and relationship managers to achieve exceptional service standards while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements as outlined by Florida statutes and tax regulations.
Your role will include supporting teams in client servicing when necessary, acting as a subject matter expert. You will manage all trust and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory mandates. Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement will be paramount. We seek a fiduciary expert with over 15 years of experience in trust administration, who has a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members. Collaboration with trust officers, administrators, and support staff across the organization will be essential to maintain consistency in service delivery.
In partnership with the compliance officer, you will ensure that all regulatory guidelines are strictly followed. Additionally, you will oversee all fiduciary litigation matters in collaboration with corporate legal counsel and engage with the Board of Directors on fiduciary issues.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required, and a Master of Laws (LLM) is preferred. Candidates with experience in Florida statutes, tax regulations, and internal policies will be given priority. Relevant industry certifications such as CTFA, ATFA, or CFP are advantageous. If you are a highly skilled fiduciary professional, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
