Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Improvement Consultant to join our team at Fannie Mae. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning, process optimization, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project leads to define project objectives and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Support and execute data collection, research, and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement systematic approaches to analyze data and generate meaningful insights, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Support stakeholder management, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in business improvement, process optimization, or change management.
  • Proven track record of presenting complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong business acumen, with knowledge of business processes, operations, and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-oriented work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Lean Management concepts and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, SharePoint, or Confluence.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
