Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Associate to join our team at Peak Commercial, a leading commercial real estate brokerage in the San Fernando Valley and Westside of Los Angeles.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to break into the commercial real estate industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Cold Calling Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients to gauge their interest in selling their commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to commercial real estate prospects to introduce our services and identify potential sellers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their interest in selling their commercial properties.
  • Manage and track leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
  • Assist in handling various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including documentation and coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members and utilize resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate persistence, confidence, and a strong work ethic in all interactions.

Compensation: This position is commission-based with the potential to earn $120,000 in the first year, based on performance.
