Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Commercial Roofing Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine client needs and propose suitable roofing solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • A strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
