Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community, ensuring a secure and friendly environment.
  • Assist residents with requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area, reflecting the high standards of our community.
  • Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel as needed.
Requirements
  • Bring a smile to work every day and provide exceptional customer service skills.
  • Have 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or resident relations experience.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, with Senior Living experience a plus.
  • Hotel experience a plus.
