Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Memberships: Engage with potential customers and promote our membership options.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Stay Updated: Keep informed about industry trends and our expanding range of services.
- Customer Service & Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related office environment.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to build relationships over the phone and clearly explain products and services.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
- Education: College degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Competitive Compensation: Base pay: $18/hr, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits.
