B2B Sales Professional

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our client base in the Janitorial Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, working closely with the operations and sales team.
- Establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
- Utilize our CRM system to capture and manage customer information.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales.
- Project or construction management experience preferred.
- Organized and able to move clients through the sales process.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Prior sales training.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
