As a key member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the goals and aspirations of individuals with developmental and other disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct functional and therapeutic groups, activities, and classes focused on skill acquisition, physical therapy, motor skills, social skills, and overall quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with therapists, case managers, medical, and direct care staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Provide hands-on care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including feeding, toileting, and behavioral interventions.
- Drive 16-passenger vans daily to transport individuals to and from activities and appointments.
- Minimum 1 year experience working or volunteering with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Acceptable background check, including criminal history background check.
- $20.00-$21.00 per hour.
- 10 days paid vacation per year.
- 14 days paid holidays per year.
- 6 days paid sick time per year.
- 3 days paid personal time per year.
