Position Overview:
The Client Relations Associate plays a pivotal role in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere through outstanding customer interactions that reflect our commitment to inclusivity and diversity. Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in navigating register and computer systems, with intermediate computer skills.
- Comfortable using mobile technology to engage with customers.
- Ability to handle store fixtures and merchandise, including lifting items up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.
- Capable of retrieving items stored at heights, which may involve using a ladder.
