Job Overview

HME Specialists LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely documentation to support our exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to problem solve and empathetically address customer concerns, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention to detail. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our customers, utilizing your meticulous documentation skills to ensure seamless billing processes.

As a Customer Service Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining and requesting medical authorizations, accurately logging in authorizations and prescriptions, and following up as needed to ensure the billing process is completed seamlessly. Additionally, you will be responsible for fulfilling pick-up requests to ensure timely delivery of essential medical supplies.

We are looking for a team player with a go-getter attitude, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Proficiency in using various software and tools to complete documentation tasks is required, along with the ability to adapt to new systems as needed.
