Job Overview

The Busick Agency, a part of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking talented individuals to become remote sales representatives. This opportunity involves running appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, and other financial products.

This role is a commission-based sales position with an average commission of $550 per sale. Agents can sell anywhere from 2 to 10 sales per week, depending on their part-time or full-time status. A 5% raise in commission level is attainable every two months based on performance.

A key aspect of this job is the potential for agents to build their own team and achieve contractual ownership of their own agency. This enables them to create passive income and build a legacy for their family.
