About the Role

This is a key position within Capital One, responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring seamless onboarding of dealerships onto various programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training and onboarding materials and processes for dealerships
  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes and represent the Sales organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
  • Conduct frequent visits to dealerships on our programs (80% travel)
  • Assist in the creation of training and onboarding materials and processes for dealerships
Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management OR within a Dealer Vendor or Dealership
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 + years experience with dealer systems (CRM, DMS, etc.) as well as new tools/technology
  • 2 + years of presentation and communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in Process management OR Relationship management OR within a Dealer Vendor or Dealership
Compensation and Benefits

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $118,700 - $135,400 for Dealer Success Manager (SM224)

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
