Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team at Avamere Rehabilitation of Park West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities, caring for residents, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing activities to ensure high-quality care
  • Care for residents and assist with activities of daily living
  • Document and communicate resident care information
  • Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
