We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting.

SalaryWe offer a competitive total rewards package, including a 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves overseeing patient observations, delivering various renal therapies, and working as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Renal Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Oversee patient observations, vital signs, and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To succeed in this role, you should have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license, an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N), or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N). Previous dialysis experience is not required, as paid training is provided.
