Nurse Specialist in Chronic Kidney Care

Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering compassionate care and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will oversee a group of patients with complex needs, including those with multiple comorbidities. Your role involves building long-term relationships with patients and their families, conducting patient observations, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- No prior dialysis experience required
Salary Range
$65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
