Wakarusa, Kansas, United States DAVITA Full time
DaVita is a clinical leader in dialysis care, with the highest percentage of facilities meeting or exceeding CMS's standards in government programs. Our team provides essential care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting.

We are seeking a highly skilled Nephrology Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing patient observations and delivering various renal therapies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. No previous dialysis experience is needed as paid training is provided, allowing staff RNs to deliver compassionate and empathetic care while working as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N), or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N). Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg can be beneficial but is not required. A Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is also desirable.

This role requires flexible scheduling based on patient needs, with potential to float to various facilities during and after training. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. Estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000-$85,000 depending on qualifications and location.
