Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Multidisciplinary Engineer to contribute to our operations. This role is crucial for advancing your career while playing a vital part in the defense sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert technical guidance for the formulation and execution of Verification and Validation (V&V) plans, reports, and data assessments for the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).
  • Support the JSE, which simulates realistic threat scenarios for advanced military aircraft.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to validate the credibility of the JSE, including planning, presenting, and reporting on V&V initiatives, while also interpreting flight test data alongside Modeling and Simulation (M&S) data.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with 10+ years. Exceptional candidates with less experience may still be considered. We encourage applicants who meet some of the desired qualifications to apply.

Desired Skills and Knowledge
  • Familiarity with mission systems (radar, electronic support measures, electro-optical/infrared systems, datalinks, fusion technologies, fire control systems, or missile systems)
  • Expertise in Modeling and Simulation (M&S)
  • Experience in Systems Engineering/Architecting with a solid technical foundation
  • Understanding of threat systems
  • Knowledge of M&S Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) or V&V processes
Additional Competencies
  • Proficient in technical writing, including the creation of documents and presentations to effectively communicate complex information
  • Leadership skills in developing technical strategies and providing guidance
