Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Multidisciplinary Engineer to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in contributing to the defense community and offers an opportunity for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert technical guidance for the formulation and execution of Verification and Validation (V&V) plans, reports, and data assessments for the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).
  • Engage with a high-fidelity simulated threat environment tailored for advanced military aircraft.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to validate the credibility of the JSE, including planning, briefing, and reporting on V&V activities, while assisting in the evaluation of flight test data and its statistical comparison with modeling and simulation data.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (10+ years preferred). Exceptional candidates with less experience may still be considered. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all qualifications.

Desired Skills
  • Expertise in mission systems (radar, electronic support measures, electro-optical/infrared, datalinks, fusion, fire control systems, or missiles).
  • Proficiency in Modeling and Simulation (M&S).
  • Strong background in Systems Engineering and Architecting.
  • Understanding of threats and M&S Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A).
Additional Skills
  • Ability to produce technical documentation and presentations.
  • Leadership capabilities in technical strategy and communication.
