Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Director and other departments at BriteLife Recovery. This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance, facilitating communication, and maintaining office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and outside agencies.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
  • Prepare, process, and file documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventories, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Run and create reports as necessary, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information, adhering to professional standards and ethics.
  • Participate in special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Represent BriteLife Recovery positively to prospective clients and employees, promoting the organization's values and mission.
