- Property Management License: Possess a Property Managers license or be able to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Leadership: Possess strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Customer Service: Possess strong customer service skills and previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of Excel, Word, and other computer programs.
