Requirements
  • Property Management License: Possess a Property Managers license or be able to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Leadership: Possess strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Customer Service: Possess strong customer service skills and previous experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of Excel, Word, and other computer programs.

This position requires the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
