Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a highly skilled CBRN Policy Analyst to support the DHS FEMA, Office of Response and Recovery, CBRN program. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and analyzing key policy issues and nuclear security events, promoting and protecting FEMA/CBRN equities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on CBRN threats and hazards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate CBRN risks
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the Federal Radiological Preparedness Coordinating Committee (FRPCC)
  • Support planning and coordination efforts for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear Program Plans
  • Collaborate with interagency partners to develop and implement CBRN response plans
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CBRN policy analysis or a related field
  • TS/SCI Security clearance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
