Position Overview:
This role is part of the Human Resources Office within the 92 Force Support Squadron. It is a Regular Full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary objective of this role is to deliver HR advisory services and support to management and employees within the organization.
This is a developmental position, with a full performance level of NF-03. Upon meeting the necessary qualifications and receiving supervisor certification, the incumbent may be eligible for non-competitive promotion to the Human Resources Assistant role.
Recruitment & Placement Duties:
- Utilize automated recruitment tools for effective hiring processes.
- Manage user accounts and generate job vacancy announcements.
- Ensure compliance with laws and policies during applicant eligibility verification.
- Produce applicant lists for selection purposes and assist with onboarding tasks.
Classification Responsibilities:
- Input classified position descriptions into the automated library.
- Verify signatures and upload supporting documents into the position description casefile.
- Route non-routine classification requests to the appropriate contacts.
DCPDS Management:
- Enter personnel data into the automated personnel data system.
- Verify documentation for personnel actions and process various requests.
- Generate personnel reports and rectify discrepancies in personnel data.
Employee Benefits Overview:
- Provide information on employee benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, and awards.
- Process benefit action requests as necessary.
Administrative Support:
- Manage front desk operations and provide customer service assistance.
- Handle document management tasks, including copying, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain Official Personnel Folders and other essential records.
- Assist applicants with system-related issues and elevate complex matters to senior HR staff.
Qualifications:
- Open to all applicants, with eligibility determined based on the information provided in the application.
- Relevant experience includes interpreting and applying rules and regulations, utilizing recruitment tools, and troubleshooting personnel system issues.
Employment Conditions:
- Successful completion of a Tier 3 background investigation is required.
- Direct deposit is mandatory, and a probationary period may be necessary.
Additional Information:
- This position is classified under Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) and supports Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) activities.
