Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a high degree of professionalism. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Greet visitors and employees as they walk into the building
  • Verify appointments
  • Manage constantly shifting priorities with flexibility and accuracy
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing related information
  • Respond independently when possible
  • Scan and file documents
  • Restock and keep the customer lounge areas clean
  • Responsible for keeping the immediate area and surrounding area clean and tidy
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service environment
  • Experience working a multiline phone system and having basic computer skills
  • Experience setting up/verifying appointments for clients and/or researching/answering client's questions
  • High degree of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to provide quick turnaround of unanticipated requests
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain performance in high-pressure situations
  • Possess a valid Driver License and clean driving record
  • Ability to clear a background check and pre-employment drug screen
