Job Title: Administrative and Office Aide II

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Office Aide II to join our team in Hampton, VA. This role will provide critical administrative support to our operations, including office management, customer service, and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in administrative or professional work.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
