What We Expect from You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and access to private transportation
  • Consent to background screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents
  • Able to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment

Under the direction of the General Manager, the AGM will be responsible for supporting the GM in managing the restaurant's daily operations, including overseeing restaurant operations, maintaining financial controls, creating and managing staff schedules, interviewing and hiring staff, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
