  • Knowledge of The Real Estate License Act and the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission.
  • Experience in state government.
  • Experience working with a paperless filing system.
  • Experience in a legal environment.

Working Conditions:

The normal office work environment is mostly sedentary in nature. The position involves speaking to groups of people, walking, standing, remaining stationary for long periods of time, pulling and pushing, kneeling, stooping, and bending. The successful candidate will also be required to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
