Licensed Community Association Manager
This role is essential for overseeing community operations and ensuring resident satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stay informed on local regulations, community guidelines, and operational policies
- Evaluate community issues and provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Foster relationships with residents, local businesses, and service providers
- Ensure a secure environment while delivering exceptional resident services
- Prepare and present accurate annual financial plans
- Manage resident expectations and facilitate prompt resolution of concerns
- Network within the industry through participation in relevant organizations
- Encourage positive engagement among homeowners, maintenance staff, and management
- Supervise maintenance initiatives and guarantee timely project completion within budget
- Communicate effectively and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, and Vendors
- Compile and present reports, budgets, and other necessary documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and report incidents as required
- Participate in meetings and oversee contractual obligations
- Keep accurate records and update community information boards
- Address violations and manage improvements to community facilities
