Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor front office personnel to uphold service excellence.
  • Supervise daily operations of the front office, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and staff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate daily activities, VIP arrivals, and special requests to the front office team.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline communication.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure effective key control and facility management.
  • Manage financial processes, including accounts receivable/payable and payroll administration.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for front office staff and participate in budgeting processes.
  • Organize regular team meetings to promote communication and reinforce service standards.
  • Be prepared to travel for training and industry events, and maintain flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience with IHG systems is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Outstanding guest service abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
