Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist front office associates in providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, room key control, and guest communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide training and coaching to front office associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and employee performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
