Front Desk Supervisor

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist front office associates in providing exceptional guest service.
- Ensure accurate and efficient room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, room key control, and guest communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide training and coaching to front office associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and employee performance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
