Job Summary

Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest is seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to neonates and infants in our state-of-the-art NICU. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical nursing duties for neonates and infants according to policy and procedures
  • Recognize and respond promptly and appropriately to acute changes in neonate/infant's condition
  • Provide support and teaching to the family unit
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least one year of NICU RN experience
