Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse RN to join our team.

About the Role

As a NICU Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to neonates and infants in our state-of-the-art NICU. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical nursing duties for neonates and infants according to policy and procedures
  • Recognize developmental stages of neonates and infants and provide appropriate support to maximize their developmental outcome
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to acute changes in neonate/infant's condition and emergency situations in the NICU and other hospital departments
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team utilizing verbal and written skills
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • At least one year of NICU RN experience preferred
