Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to neonates and infants, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates and infants, including assessments, interventions, and education to patients and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least one year of NICU RN experience preferred
