Job Summary:

> Support the Branch Manager in the daily operation of the Branch Office, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient operations.

>

Key Responsibilities:

> Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

> Solicit new or renewed customer business, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

> Receive payments and post to customer accounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

> Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security, adhering to strict cash handling procedures.

> Prepare and handle office deposits, ensuring timely and secure transactions.

> Prepare and process applications, verifying customer information and adhering to regulatory requirements.

> Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.

> Assist with the development and training of new personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

> Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

> Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring easy access to customer information.

> Prepare and assemble reports for remittance and branch records, providing valuable insights for management.

> Establish rapport with clients to build working relationships and increase retention, driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

> Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

> Prepare individual tax returns utilizing the information provided by the clients, and entering the information into tax preparation software.

Requirements:

> Prior experience with customer service, knowledge of State and Federal lending regulations, and a valid State driver's license.

> Access to reliable transportation for use in employment, and computer literacy with the ability to operate a ten-key calculator.

> High School diploma or equivalent, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
