About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coach and train team members on sales and customer service techniques to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store appearance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
  • Minimum one year customer service, retail, and/or sales experience.
  • Hands on cash management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using phone system, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
