About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving retail store targets by supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. In the absence of other management, you may be required to open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers
  • Ability to operate a POS system
