About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director Assistant to join our mobile treatment team at Bond Health Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision, reviewing team member documentation, and assisting with overall operations of IMT services.

You will work closely with the Program Director to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with DOHMH standards. This includes planning and facilitating meetings, providing clinical support, and ensuring on-call service availability 24/7.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also provide direct individual and group IMT services to participants, including risk assessment, de-escalation, and service planning and coordination.

Your expertise in Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment and harm reduction will enable you to develop and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with members of participants' networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision for assigned staff
  • Review team member documentation to ensure services are person-centered and meet agency standards
  • Assist with quality assurance activities
  • Assume the Program Director's responsibilities in their absence
  • Maintain a caseload of participants as needed
Requirements:
  • LCSW or LMHC licensure in the state of New York
  • Minimum three years direct clinical experience with adults in a behavioral health setting
  • Minimum one year supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary mobile team experience preferred
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, mornings, evenings, and weekends in response to participant needs
