Constructive Partnerships Unlimited (CP Unlimited) is seeking a Treatment Team Assistant to support our day treatment services in Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Bronx locations. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with special needs, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with daily living activities, such as toileting, showering, grooming, oral hygiene, meal programs, and dressing.
  • Maintain accurate records and charts for each participant, including goal/data sheets, behavioral data sheets, inclusion forms, body checks, and residential program's communication book.
  • Monitor participant's physical well-being, report any health concerns to nursing staff, and accompany participants to buses/vans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
