Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Commissions Manager to join our Strategic Finance team at Reddit. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing sales commission processes to drive business growth and success.

About the Job:

In this role, you will oversee the calculation and distribution of sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of variable payouts. You will also collect and maintain accurate sales performance data to support commissions calculations and reporting.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales commission processing, compensation administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing compensation plans and processes. Strong understanding of Salesforce and G Suite is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain commissions plans and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and HR teams
  • Provide training and support to sales teams regarding incentive compensation plans
