We are looking for a highly organized Compensation Specialist to join our team at Golden Nugget Hotels & Casinos. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of compensation, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation and implementation of compensation plans and policies.
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Audit and analyze compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of compensation-related tasks.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; experience in compensation and benefits administration preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
