Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll processing and management, specifically with ADP and Workday. They will be responsible for semi-monthly payrolls, maintenance, reports, and tax notices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for domestic and international entities, including new hires, terminations, and status changes.
  • Coordinate funding with Management Company Accounting and manage time sheets for non-exempt staff.
  • Prepare quarterly multi-jurisdiction payrolls and special compensation payments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with payroll in a large company (500+ employees).
  • Workday knowledge is required.
