Currently, we are in search of candidates to lead a team of insurance professionals, focusing on safeguarding clients' homes, vehicles, lives, and retirement savings. You will be tasked with developing and executing the agency's sales and marketing initiatives, with sales personnel reporting directly to you.


Key Responsibilities of an Agency Sales Manager
  • Enhance agency reputation and drive sales growth through effective customer engagement, marketing strategies, and lead generation.
  • Establish and uphold office policies, standards, and procedures to ensure smooth and profitable agency operations.
  • Oversee sales staff, create work schedules, manage daily activities, and ensure accountability for performance targets.
  • Assist in processing and resolving customer claims.
Qualifications for an Agency Sales Manager
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to lead and mentor a team; prior management experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in managing all facets of business operations; familiarity with Allstate systems is beneficial.
  • Clear and reliable communicator with strong leadership qualities.
  • Basic understanding of insurance and/or financial services is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Dedicated to building relationships, genuinely caring, and motivated to meet customer needs.
  • Previous sales experience in an insurance setting is highly preferred.
  • Possession of necessary insurance licenses is mandatory.
