- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in the management of insurance claims.
- Recruit, train, and cultivate insurance agents, transforming them into top performers to attract new clients and increase sales.
- Manage risk and liability associated with future benefit payments, optimizing branch profitability through data analysis and strategic premium setting.
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance types, plans, products, and relevant regulations.
- Possession of an active insurance agent license in the respective state.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience within the insurance sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management abilities.
- A bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
